Our school policy states that if your child is absent from school, you should telephone before 9.30am on the first day of absence.

If your child is suffering from sickness/diarrhoea, we do ask that he/she be kept off school for 48 hours after the last bout to minimise any further outbreaks.

If your child is well enough to attend school but you would like the school to administer medicine during the school day complete the form below and hand it in, along with the medication, to the school office at the beginning of the day (forms are also available from the school office).

For most common conditions the best information for parents and families on a whole range of topics can be found at NHS Choices website.
