On Friday 15th May 2026, we took two Year 5 teams to compete in the Under 11’s Quadkids Festival at Hadleigh High School. There were 4 teams in total that took part. The other school competing was St. Mary’s.
Each participant took part in a 75 metre sprint, a 600 metre run, a standing long jump, a relay and a vortex throw. Every pupils’ score was recorded and calculated into points for that event. Once every pupil had competed in every event, all the scores were added together. After some excellent performances on the track and field, our Year 5 white team managed to finish 1st & 3rd overall. This was a fantastic achievement by them all!
A great event and one we look forward to taking part in next year. Well done Year 5!
