On Tuesday 9th June 2026, Hadleigh entered 2 teams to compete in the Under 11’s Mixed Cricket Festival at Ransomes Sports Ground, Ipswich.
There were 9 schools that took part in total.
The other teams were: Britannia, St. Mary’s (Woodbridge), St. Johns (Ipswich), Cedarwood, Dale Hall, Henley, Colneis.
Over the course of the morning, our Year 5 & 6’s batted brilliantly, which was followed up with accurate bowling and some tidy fielding. After an excellent display from the boys all morning, Hadleigh sky blues managed to finish third overall and Hadleigh navy blues came 5th overall.
Well done Year 5 & 6, a fantastic achievement!
