Under 11's EFL Cup

On Thursday 9^th January 2020, we entered a Year 6 team into the Under 11’s EFL Cup at Ipswich Town Football Club. There were a total of 16 schools that had entered the competition. We were put into Group D where we played matches against Woolpit and Sebertwood B. Due to a team dropping out of our league, the boys had to play both schools in our league twice. Our team played fantastically throughout the group matches and managed to win all 4, meaning we topped Group D!! Because we finished top of our league, Hadleigh have qualified for next week’s Super 8’s final, with a chance of making it to the regional finals. Well done Year 6!
