On Monday 19th June 2023, our boys team competed in the Under 11’s Boys Cricket County Finals at Ransomes Sports Ground, Ipswich. This was the result of the team progressing from the Ipswich Schools finals. There were 12 schools that had made it to this stage of the competition.
In the group stage, we beat St. Boltoph’s (Diss), and Lakenheath to progress to the Semi-Finals where we beat St. John’s (Ipswich). In the Final we narrowly lost to St. Mary’s (Mildenhall)
Once again, the boys batted, bowled and fielded to a high level to become County runners-up is a fantastic achievement well done all!
